Make an Appointment

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

15-minute notary appointments may be made 1 – 14 days in advance.

Please note: We cannot communicate with a notary patron through a translator.

We are unable to notarize or certify the following:

  • Real estate transaction documents
  • Documents written in any language other than English
  • Visa and immigration paperwork
  • Documents from foreign governments
  • Copies of identification or vital records
  • I-9 employment verification forms

We reserve the right to decline to notarize any document.

What to bring to your appointment

  • A valid, unexpired photo ID with signature, issued by a US state or federal government
  • Completed, unsigned documents. Documents must be signed in front of a Notary. Notaries may not notarize a document with any blank spaces.
  • Witnesses, if required. We cannot provide witnesses for you, and library patrons may not be solicited to act as witnesses. 
  • Witnesses, if required, must also bring a valid, unexpired photo ID with signature, issued by a US state or federal government
  • $1 fee per notary stamp

We reserve the right to cancel no show appointments after 15 minutes.
